针对易燃易爆气体(煤气、沼气、天然气、二氧化硫、一氧化、二氧化碳，甲烷、甲炔、氨气、氯气等)的输送，我公司特推出特殊密封罗茨风机。该款产品是在综合了国内外各种型号罗茨鼓风机技术的基础上，自主研发而成。特殊密封风机的密封方式可采用K单机械密封、N四机械密封、D型(骨架油封)密封、G型(充氨气)密封、H(抽气)密封以及R涨圈(活塞环)密封，可根据输送介质及工况的不同要求进行相应的特殊处理，以保证特殊气体的安全输送。

The sealing methods of the specially sealed blower can adopt Type K Single Mechanical Seal, Type N Quadruple Mechanical Seal, Type D (skeleton oil seal) seal, Type G (nitrogen-filled) seal, Type H (gas extraction) seal and Type R piston ring seal. Corresponding special treatments can be carried out according to the different requirements of conveying media and working conditions to ensure the safe conveyance of special gases.

      主要配件(机壳、端盖、轴、叶轮)全程采用数控加工中心制作完成，主要外购采用NSK，FAG轴承，株洲齿轮，美国盖茨皮带，台湾TTO橡胶油封,提高了风机效率降低了噪音，将风机的使用寿命延长至10年以上!

      Main components such as casing, end cover, shaft, and impeller are fully manufactured using CNC machining centers. Major purchased components include NSK and FAG bearings, Zhuzhou gears, Gates belts (USA), and TTO rubber oil seals (Taiwan). These components improve blower efficiency, reduce noise, and extend the service life to more than 10 years.
